OUR STORY
Bondì! My name is Enrico. I was born in the northern Italian city of Turin, I was brought up by a Sicilian family. I was raised on the flavors and dishes of southern Italy, particularly favoring the sweet desserts and pastries.
After moving to the US in the 90's, I began working in the baking business and have continued to do so ever since. I work primarily with Artisan breads, but enjoy making pastries as well. After nearly three decades in the baking industry I created Bondì to share the rich flavor of the traditional almond pastry, Pasta di Mandorla.
